BONNELL WIRED CORES

This classic and the most famous system of spring wired cores for mattresses in the world. It's very reliable and highly economic. Classic Bonell spring core is handmade from cone springs (narrow in the middle than at the end), which are joined by a spiral wire. Springs are specially threated to stale permanently elastic and resistant to breaks. Thanks to progressive force of the spring, Bonnell core collapses softly at first and then becomes increasingly harder.

POCKET CORES

High quality springs are sewed each individually into pockets and then connected into a core, securing that the pressure on one string doesn't affect other springs. Here every spring is collapsed independently. This means that the core collapsed only on the places where the pressure of the body exists, therefore achieving extreme flexibility of the mattress while uniformly adjusting every position of the body while lying. At bigger mattress dimensions, this type of core prevents tumbling the lightweight person toward the heavyweight one.

MEMORY FOAM

Memory foam, also known as Viscolelastic or NASA foam is termo active supstance which responds to heat and body pressure. On the very first touch it responds harder, but after affected by heat and body pressure it adapts the body and leaves the trace of the body in the mattress causing the relaxation of the body, also frees most pressure points of the body, improving circulation of the most strained parts of the body like: shoulders, back and pelvis reducing excessive moving for over 80%.

COLD CAST FOAM

(HR – eng. High Resilient) Cold cast foam or highly elastic foam is a material based on water and because of the special open ceil structure has greater surface softness, more comfort and elasticity, better transparency and faster moisture conductivity, better body support and increased durability relative to PU foam. It also perfectly conducts air and moisture. Has flawless anti alergic characteristic and it's chemically unharmful.

POLYURETHANE FOAM

Polyurethane foam is the most common type of foam in mattress production. Depending on the density and hardness, this foam can conjoin orthopedic and anatomic properties. This foam gives strong hold during sleep while keeping the mattress soft and elastic.

COCONUT

Compact and firm, but also an elastic material, which it can hold the pressure of heavier weights. Coconut is also extremely hygroscopic (has capability to connectmoisture from upper layers of the mattress and broadcast them into air), securing dry and clear micro climate inside the mattress.

7 COMFORT ZONES

Anatomic comfort zones (of hardness) which softens the pressure on crucial body points like neck, shoulder, back, lumbar and pelvic part of the spine. They enable maximal comfort during sleep by freeing the touching surfaces of the body, where the pressure between the mattress and the body is greatest.

ORTHOPEDIC MATTRESS

This type of mattress offers high level of support. High orthopedic level means that the mattress is hard and guarantees perfect support to the spine, shoulders, hips and toes. It is recommended to persons of larger weight and persons who have problems with spine and hips.

ALOE VERA

Fabric threated with extract of Aloe Vera features high moist absorbing degree, smooth surface and it is extremely elastic and soft. It is comfortable for sleeping and protect from mites, bacteries and other allergens with it's bio-component which stops existence of microorganisms. Also, it keeps skin's natural balance and give the sensation of comfort.

POLYESTER WADDING

This wadding is because of it's excellent properties use as a structural component of each mattress, sometimes as a wrap, but more often sewed in mattress cover to which it gives softness and volume. Her basic characteristics are: resistance to moisture and heat, resistance to shrinking and streching, resistance to creasing, resistance to most chemicals and mold.
