Cash – on delivery. The paying is done in the during the delivery of the product. This mean of paying applies to standard dimension mattresses only.
Advance payment fully on checking account. In case of ordering a non standard dimension mattress or pillow top this method applies.
By personal checks on 6 monthly rates, no interest.
For all ordered products valued more than 10.000 RSD we have arranged free delivery on your home address on Serbian territory.
For standard dimension mattresses the delivery deadline is up to 7 work days from the day when the order was placed
For non standard dimension mattresses the delivery deadline is up to 14 work days from the day when the order was placed
All our products are delivered by courier service
At least one day before the delivery our sale service will contact you and inform you about the delivery
On the day of the delivery, the courier will call you at least 10 minutes before coming to your address, and your obligation is to secure a person to receive and (or) pay the delivery.
The courier obligation is to deliver the wanted product to your front door in case you live in a ground floor house or in an apartment building with a big elevator. If you live in an apartment building with small or no elevator, you need to organise some help for the courier to get your mattress delivered more safely and faster.
Your duty during the takeover is to visually inspect the received shipment and by signing the shippers confirm that you have received the shipment undamaged. All subsequent reclamations because of the subsequent damaging will not be accepted. In case you notice a damaging on the mattress made during the transport you're in obligation to contact us before taking over and paying the shipment as soon as possible.
For all our mattresses, depending on model, we give you warranty from two, three up to five years and guarantee you that the mattress will properly serve it's purpose and will not change it's properties in the warranty time, if you use it according to the give instructions.
If you detect any product shortcomings or flaws made by our mistake, it is our duty to resolve your reclamation during the period of 45 days on our expense. Reclamation must be submitted in written or electronic form.
Warranty is not valid in these cases:
U case of inadequately threated product:
overloading the mattress,
damages by buyer or third-party persons,
keeping the mattress in moist area,
keeping the mattress on distance less than 1,5 m from heat source,
keeping the mattress on inadequate base,
washing the removable cover on temperatures greater than 40°C, using chemicals for bleaching or drying in a washing machine
If the buyer is reclaiming the visible mattress damages made from the transport and delivery after already taking over and paying the product. The buyer's obligation is to visually checks the mattress and report the seller for any damages or flaws found.
Due to damages made from higher force
If the buyer during reclamation does not provide the receipt and proper warranty certificate with sale date and seller's signature.
Thickness (hardness) of the mattress (especially with foam core mattresses), with normal use can be reduced up to 15%, which is the result of the mattress adjustment and it is not considered fabric fault and because of that the reclamation for this kind of thickness and hardness reduction is not valid.
